i’d have laughed hysterically if someone would have told me a year ago I’d have a page called “health tips” on my site, but seeing as i’ve now taken off 100 pounds this year, I’m a different person. it is all about choices, and those choice SHOULD include what you eat and the physical exertion you put your body through to keep it in shape. i’m not in 100% perfect shape that is for damn sure, but i’m much better than i was before.
