If you dare to let yourself breathe
after a month of holding it all in
when you’ve been afraid your own very air is toxic.
You’ll remember that anything is possible.
You’ll remember that you just might change the world
with a little magic of your own.
But if you believe the world is against you
The biggest mistake you can make
is to join them.
Take a breath
Cry if you must
But dry those eyes
and reach out again
